Intuitive Instructor

Christine Swart, CYT more commonly referred to as “Ms. Chris” has combined her fondness of mentoring, coaching, and over 10 years of classroom experience as an educator with her love of mindfulness and yoga.  Ms. Chris has a unique way to intuitively lead her classes and provide people with the tools, knowledge and ability to find calm, centered responses to difficult and stressful situations.  She has been using playful breathing exercises, gentle yoga poses, mindfulness and relaxation in her daily practice and has personally witnessed the benefits of yoga beyond the mat.  Ms. Chris’ high-spirited, fun-loving yet gentle and kindhearted mind-set ignites her students with passion for the love of yoga and the world beyond. 

Ms. Chris is a graduate of Breathe For Change and holds a 200 hour wellness,  SEL and trauma informed yoga certifications.  When she isn’t teaching and helping around the shop Ms. Chris enjoys spending time with her husband, family and CHICKENS!
