Yoga Classes
The studio opens 15 minutes before sessions starts and the door locks promptly to the shop when class begins. To avoid getting locked out and missing class, arrive early.
Rev. Karen Bona, RMT
Rev. Karen is a deeply impactful healer and teaches a variety of classes at Sages. Her yoga classes are delightful, full of intention, poetry and self empowerment. Her classes are appropriate for all levels and will include focus on alignment, pranayama (breathing) practice, meditation, and an asana (movement) practice that supports increased strength and flexibility. Each week will have a different theme/intention to focus on.
