Yoga Classes

The studio opens 15 minutes before sessions starts and the door locks promptly to the shop when class begins. To avoid getting locked out and missing class, arrive early. 

Rev. Karen Bona, RMT

Rev. Karen is a deeply impactful healer and teaches a variety of classes at Sages.  Her yoga classes are delightful, full of intention, poetry and self empowerment.  Her classes are appropriate for all levels and will include focus on alignment, pranayama (breathing) practice, meditation, and an asana (movement) practice that supports increased strength and flexibility.  Each week will have a different theme/intention to focus on.

Classes: Yoga for All Levels
Wednesdays  7pm-8pm  
Saturdays 10am-11am

Experience: All level, None Needed, beginners welcome

 Ms. Christine Swart,CYT 

Ms. Chris teaches a variety of classes at Sages and focuses on the concept of Mindfulness. In our current fast paced, fast food, fast tech world all around us society is on the constant go go go . We need mindfulness more than ever. Mindfulness means slowing down to really notice what you're doing. Being mindful is the opposite of rushing or multitasking. When you're mindful, you're taking your time between action and reaction. Mindfulness teaches us to slowdown our brains despite the chaotic outside world in a relaxed, easy way. Ms.Chris takes mindfulness and combined with movement and intention to create a yoga fusion of mindful, fun & relaxing. 


Kid’s Mindfulness Yoga: Sundays 10am

Am Gentle Intuitive Yoga: Tuesday & Thursday 10am-11am

Chair Yoga: Tuesday & Thursday 11:30-12:30

Family Yoga: Tuesdays 5:30pm

Pm Intuitive Yoga: Tuesday 6:30pm  

Experience: Beginners Welcome, no experience needed.
