Yoga Classes

The studio opens 15 minutes before sessions starts and the door locks promptly to the shop when class begins. To avoid getting locked out and missing class, arrive early. 

Yoga Class Description

Class: Yoga for All Levels
Wednesdays  7pm-8pm  and  Saturdays 9am-10am

Instructor: Rev. Karen Bona, CYT

Experience: None Needed 

This yoga class will be appropriate for all levels and will include focus on alignment, pranayama practice, meditation, and an asana practice that supports increased strength and flexibility.  Each week will have a different theme/intention to focus on.

Super Gentle

Class: Super Gentle Yoga

Tuesday & Thursday 10am-11am 

Instructor: Jaime Pawlinga, CYT

Experience: None Needed

Super Gentle Yoga is a Hatha yoga class designed to soothe the soul and move the body.  It is an extra gentle  yoga class  perfect for any level, those with ongoing chronic pain or injuries, anyone struggling with weight or self esteem issues, or those who never thought they could do yoga . This class focuses on many of the same poses each week to help build a foundation for strength, balance and meditation.  If you feel exhausted, over stressed, constantly on the run, in constant pain  or emotionally broken, this class is for you.   Feel refreshed and renewed after this class.
